Он был выпущен 19 февраля 2002, почти через год после смерти Джоуи в возрасте 49 лет от рака лимфатической системы. Это творение решили озаглавить «Don’t Worry About Me». В этой песне как бы косвенно говорит о том, что он скоро «уйдет», и в то же время всех успокаивает, говорит оптимистично, что: «типа не беспокойтесь, все нормально».
